Greetings from Sibley Orchards! Apples available at the fruit stand: Apples for eating fresh and baking: Granny Smith are a tart crunchy apple. We also have Cameo which are a sweet, crunchy apple. We should have Fuji apples sometime Friday afternoon. If you need a bushel of Jonathans or multiple bushels of apples, please call and reserve your apples. Because of the heat these apples have great flavor, but are going to have a softer texture. Better for apple sauce and apple butter: Jonathan, JonaGold,and Red Delicious. These are the last Red Delicious and JonaGold of the season. We will have Jonathan apples for about the next two weeks. We have pumpkins of every size and color. From the garden we have onions. We also have large and small mums. Hours: 10-4 Monday, 10-4 Wednesday-Saturday, 12-3 Sunday. We are closed on Tuesdays. Because of the heat in September those varities are running about two weeks ahead, which means the September apples will wrap up quickly this year. Just a friendly reminder we only sell the apples at the fruit stand, we don't have any picking or orchard access. We also have local honey, preserves, pickles, and Mexican vanilla.
