Greetings from Sibley Orchards! We have a few Victoria which are yellow, freestone peaches. We will probably sell out on Saturday. We should have one more picking next Saturday. Apples available at the fruit stand: Jonathan apples are tart, crunchy apples. Great for eating fresh, baking, apple sauce and apple butter. They get softer and sweeter as the season progresses. Gala apples are sweet apples, great for apple sauce, juicing, and dehydrating. #2 Apples are great for cooking and baking projects. Apples avaialble as #2s: Gala From the garden we have seedless watermelon, cantaloupe,and tomatoes. Hours: 9-3 Wednesday-Saturday, 12-3 Sunday.
